Like in all her soups, Gala uses Celtic Sea Salt for better flavor and health benefits.

Barley is considered a miracle grain due to its nutritional qualities, and crimini mushrooms provide immune system support, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and cardio-vascular benefits. To prepare Gala’s Dehydrated Mushroom Soup, pour the contents of a pack to 2-3 liters of cold water, bring to boil and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 10-15 minuted for flavors to blend. Serve hot with sour cream. You could also add a bit of good quality butter straight to a bowl for extra flavor. Bon appetit!

Gala’s Mushroom soup is one of my favorite (my sister suggested to add some heavy creamer before eating, just because we love creamy soups), and even my husband who doesn’t like mushrooms loves this soup. I would recommend it to anyone, but especially to busy families like ours (my husband and I both have two jobs. It is only $12, and it gives a family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) a couple meals, you won’t find anywhere else such a great deal!

Сварила на днях суп – результат превзошёл все ожидания – Вкус , запах , консистенция – как будто сама минимум час около плиты провела ! Густой , наваристый , ароматный – все при нем. Я на всякий случай взяла без соли ( народ писал что бульон слишком солёный ) и добавила немного соли в тарелку и сметаны с зеленью – объедение – 2х летний и 8 летний сыновья были тоже в восторге .
