Gala’s Dehydrated Borsch is what started it all! Invented by Gala to feed her family in 2014, Gala’s Borsch has become our definite best-seller.
One pack of Gala’s Dehydrated Borsch makes about 2-3 quarts of yummy, nutritious homemade meal (8-12 servings). The ingredients are cabbage, potatoes, red beets, carrots, sweet pepper, Better Than Bouillon Organic Beef Base, tomato paste, onion, garlic, herbs, bay leaf, seasoning, Celtic Sea Salt, citric acid.
Thanks to Gala’s unique cooking and dehydrating technique, now you too can enjoy delicious and healthy borsch without lengthy cooking sessions in the kitchen. Gala’s Dehydrated Borsch has all the ingredients, required for a pot of delicious Slavic meal, including broth! Just add 2-3 quarts of water, bring to boil, and cook for 20 minutes – and you can feed your entire family on a dime!
Cooking directions: pour the contents of the pack into 2-3 quarts of cold water, bring to boil, cook on medium heat for 20 min. Remove from heat and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with sour cream and fresh dill.

My family loves Gala’s Borsch!
